ebike with power self adjusting to terrain

Hi all, I remember hearing about an electric hybrid where the power self adjusted to give the feel of riding on the flat. I can't find which bike this is. Anyone know? thanks.

Interesting I've never heard of something like this, but it sounds like some kind of smart program which runs with a torque sensor to only let you pedal at the amount of torque equal to that of riding on flat ground.
