My bike is makes this sound.

It only happens when I'm on it.
I've done 400km on it this way the sound is mostly the same performance is the same too.

This is where I would start: some metal housing is bent and your hub motor internals are rubbing against it, your disc brake rotor is rubbing against your caliper or brake pad, or the wheel hub / wheel bearings /spokes need truing/servicing.

I don't have a hub motor so I'm a lot less helpful. Since you said it only happens when you're on it, I would start with checking the brake rotor alignment and then make sure the wheel / wheel bearings and spokes are all tight and dished. I'm thinking your weight may be throwing your wheel off just a little because the wheel components are loose.

I don't have a disk on it the break is on pads and I already tried without breaks completely the noise is still there.
Tried tightening the spokes and also took out the tires and the sound went away for about 10km and then it returned.
If it is grinding inside I would expect heat?
Because I had breaks grind before on my car and those thing's literally burn.
There no heat and I don't feel it slowing me down at all.
I can pedal the bike just fine without the using the motor.
Also if it's grinding wouldn't it fail after 400km?
It's an 1000w and I can still get to 47km/h on it same as the day I got it.

The bearings have some play.
Any idea what size they are?

I have a mid drive motor. Not sure how the wheel bearings on hub motors work. If you get your wheel/bike's specs together and post them here, that may help people troubleshoot with you.

On my bike, there are wrench positions wheel hub which adjust the tightness, but my hub is just a normal bicycle hub not electric. Try searching youtube for "adjust bicycle wheel bearing" or "adjust ebike hub wheel bearings" and see if that can lead you anywhere

This is truly weird. It sounds like your motor swallowed a duck. Can you tell how many rotations of the wheel it takes for each chafe. It doesn't sound like a one to one ratio.
