I bought a Roll Road Emma I did not do good due diligences . After 14 miles the E assist stopped working . While on vacation. ! I went round n round with a customer support person who I figured out did not know anything technical I asked to speak to a tech she said they were on vacation! This was last Wednesday . After going round and round with this Support person she told me it was Chinese Labor Day ! I suspect she was also in China as I had a hard time understanding her English . I asked for her manager to call me that was last Thursday never called then I asked again Friday and she said manager would call me in 3 hours. And she said the were an “ honest “ company. Manager never called a tech never called and bike is still broken and no Soluctions!

That too bad, I hope it gets better for you. I have a Velotric D2, and I often wonder how it will work out for me under warranty if I need help? A good thing for me was that I bought from the local bike shop, so they will deal with the manufacturer and I don't have to. The local bike shop seems to be customer friendly, as far as their support, but I don't want any problems either. If you have to deal with folks directly in China, good luck with that as they're probably isn't any motivation for them to prompt or prudent with their help.
