Does anyone know the volts required for the engwe engine pro headlamp?

Wondering same thing, I contacted Engwe, got some BS answer, only use OEM light or burn the controller. They are not big on upgrades, only want you to use the bike as it's originally made.

Most are around 6v for lights which is sometimes not enough.

I attempted to upgrade/swap my light on my Engwe EP-2 Pro with Lezyne eBike Micro Drive 500 Headlight Black, High Volt from Amazon and my controller function as far as turning off the lights is not working. Now they are permanently on and I am replacing the controller. Not sure if it can be fixed but currently outside of my wheelhouse.
