I placed an order for a Dual Kingstar two months ago, and never heard back from the company. I called a month ago for an ETA, and the girl who answered the phone told me once they had a 60 to 90 day ETA they would call and let me know. A full month went by without hearing from them. I called Friday (two months after my order) and asked for an update, and the girl got my order number, then came back and told me it would be ready within 60 to 90 days, but they didn't have an exact date as to when it would be put on the boat. She told me once it was on the water, they would contact me and let me know.

Has anyone here had similar experiences when ordering from eCells? What was the outcome, and how long did it take for your bike to be delivered?

I do know that ship takes about 3 weeks to cross the ocean. Once it gets to the docks in California, it has to go through customs and that takes another week. I have bought three bikes from them and they all have taken 90 days maybe a week or two more you just have to be patient as all it is worth the wait.

Thank you. It's reassuring to find out 90 days is the norm.

Oh man, that seems like a long time waiting.
There is such a demand for these bikes. Also, when I originally was looking at E sales, I did not like the timeframe so I went to wired e-bikes the same thing there but I feel the E sell bikes are better built. He sells does have demo bikes in stock too. You would have to contact David the owner about those he has those in stock.

LOL! Tell me about it! I had a bike on order that I put several grand $$ down payment on, and never heard back from these bastards. I kept calling in, getting the run-around, gaslighting, and the most ridiculous stories you could imagine. They were all in on it, including the girls who answered the phone. Too bad, because their bikes were clearly top-notch. I'm hoping another company will purchase them and reissue their line. Either way, old Dave Cleveland posted a message he was now going to 'do the right thing' and contact all the customers that had bikes on order. But of course, I never heard from him. It was clear he was a sleazeball, from the way he treated anyone who gave a negative review, and the reputation his company has on the BBB site, which is horrible. As the saying goes, you can't get blood from a stone.

People are now just starting to get their refunds. It don't happen over night. And the bike are available to purchase but not from him, Also the parts. This would be for the Monstar and 5 star, You will need to contact Henry. He is the owner and salesman directly from the manufacturer

He is the owner of Jinhua etech over In China Contact him there. That are the one that manufactured the bikes for Ecells. Also a note that he had begun stepping up to the plate on supplying the parts for E cells bike Another note you can purchase bikes from him.
Myself and one other gentleman is in talks with bringing the bikes back on the market here in the US
