Doctor orders I must ride single track

Just had my yearly check up from my heart Dr he was very happy with my new EKG its been close to 4y now since, I met the Dr he said my A fib was gone and my heart was much better . He noticed I have lost over 30lbs he said you still riding the Mt bike ?? Yep that's how I got here and headed to the trail head when I leave ,he was smiling ear to ear he said Drs orders keep doing what your doing its working .
