Do you know what part this is on my Canyon Grail:ON?

The part I circled in the photo let’s you mount a remote or light meant for a round bar on a flat bar. I reached to canyon and they said to reach out to Bosch, and Bosch said to reach out to canyon. I haven’t found anything similar online anywhere! Please help!
