Hi, I have X-Zite fat foldable e-bike with original (probably) display INGEAR 36V.
May be somebody knows how to get in to main menu of that display. At the moment it acts weird . After switching on the bike it shows as it should but after 10 sec everything stats blinking (on the display) for about 25sec and the bike switches off. What's the problem and how do I fix it my self or I have to take to bike shop?
Thank you

Probably get better help if you post a picture of your display with screen operating.
Generic displays are used for many different brands of ebikes, get better help when you can specify with a picture.

Dear "A"
Thank you for replay and sorry for lack of information.
Here is the display

Um... You have 8 LED lights. What sort of "menu" are you expecting? There ain't one.

Very few "bike shops" will even look at an e-bike. Unless you bought it there, you are SOL.

What you are getting, is an error msg. Usually, this indicates a loose connection somewhere, and/or a battery fault.

Some information about the recent history of the bike, previous usage, charging, etc., would be useful. Voltage test on the battery would be a decent starting point.

Something out of the ordinary happened recently, probably the last time you rode or charged it, only you know what has happened, only you can provide the information necessary to solve your problem, and also to help the next person with a similar problem.

Thanks for replying.
I bought that bike on 03/07/2023 new, from the shop.
So i took bike there. They changed display but after 2h it started doing the same.
So now I am taking it again to the shop to fix it and if they won't I will simply return it.

During the two hours -
Was it sitting still, and turned OFF???
Was it sitting still, and turned ON???

Was it turned ON, and in use, for two hours???

At any time during this process, did you, or anyone withing 10 feet of the bike, dance the hokey-pokey???

Looks you can't help me. But I will unswer anyway. Yes after 2h. That is it took me 25min to drive home, had shower, food and back on bike ready to go. Switched it on and started driving. After few minutes the power just went off and I had to switch the power again. But after I did that it started blinking and again power went off. Now if you will ask where do I ceep my bike so home I gave garage and at work I have room witch is locked and only me is who have it.
So there where no dancing rumba-bumba near by. So now you have all information you need to kill your curtesy. As you see there is nothing what to investigate. Bike was bought on 03/07/2023 and on 15/07/2023 is when it happened first time.
Oh and there is no need to check the battery - it's brind new.

Well, since you know what the problem is, and you're sure of yourself, I won't tell you exactly what the problem is, what parts need to be replaced, and how to prove your warranty claim to your dealer. You got it covered.

Yes, I do. Since it's not display so my gues is that the controller is faulty. I could be wrong, but at the end of the day, the bike is on warranty for 2 years and what ever going to happen to that bike the dealer will have to deal with it. Looks like its just a beginning of all problems that bike going to cause. So I decided not to worry , let them now worry and I bought another ebike just this time from another dealer. Its double price I paid for another one so I will see how that will work.
