I think you probably could, make sure to measure your seat tube size so that it accepts the D12 front derailleur. Also make sure you can return the Di2 shifter for a full refund if it doesn't fit. It might be worth getting you local bike shop to fit this.
You can, but to install the DI2 battery in the only place at bottom of seat tube you must cut the necessary interframe bracket at the drive area then fabricate a strong precise removable link to restore frame integrity. I made mine and pop riveted it in so I can drill the rivets and access the battery when needed
