CYC Gen 4 spring tensioner

Howdy,

The Motor is the CYC X1 Pro Gen 4 Mid-drive Motor Kit w/ 52v 50amp 10Ah Mini Shark Samsung 21700-50S E-bike Wedge Battery.

The problem is the chain tensioner. The design needs modification. One YouTube video I located has a slightly different design with a larger tensioner spring.

< my spring is exactly half of that one. Thoughts?

Golden Motor has the chain tensioning kit. Does this look better than yours?

After looking at the image it's clear I'm missing the spring on the left. Then upon closer inspection, that spring is one piece. Mine is half like the spring was cut but I located this design. Different from the image you pasted. The design you pasted looks to be more robust. WTF

I just purchased this one. It looks more robust anyway. Thanks for your time!
