This is a great custom built starter crossover e-bike for both trails and road.

I like it! I build my own e-bikes. Nice build!
Only things I would change is the front rotor to 180 and tires to Schwalbe Pick-Up 2.35”. But everyone uses CST to keep price competitive. But I think a 180mm front rotor should be standard on any quality e-bike over $2k. Just my opinion. But I do love the bike and think it is very competitively priced.

Thanks for the compliment and upgrade ideas. I built another bike after this one, and I have done most of the upgrades you mentioned on that one, bigger front (200) and rear rotor(180), it has a better motor as well. :)
