cross highwayman 5 pin battery?

I bought an e-bike at auction without a battery or charger, called a cross highwayman, when I look inside it has 5 pins, nobody I spoke to at Argos where it was originally bought seemed to know where to get the batteries for it neither at Halfords can anyone here help?
