Converting motor from one to another

Hi. I have electric moped 250w and it goes up to 15mph. It has small 10” wheels and Im thinking about converting all motor to 26” and the question is… will this one go faster or I should forger about this? (sorry for broken english)

You are not "converting" anything, you are just changing wheel size.

The motor is in a 10" wheel because it is a low-torque motor and the small wheel compensates somewhat. In a large wheel, it will likely fairly quickly overheat from going to slow and melt.
