Has anyone seen a controller screen go like this, it’s from a Carrera Subway E bike, battery seems ok full charge but no power assist for the bike.

Check the cable connections, verify the controller if possible, next find a compatible replacement. Hopefully your chosen brand is fairly common and generic.
