Commuter eBike Purchase

Hi Everyone,
I hope you don't mind me posting a basic question!
I am new to eBikes and looking to purchase one for my commute through Dublin City to work (24km round trip). I have a budget of ~ 3000Euro. I like the idea of a wide tyre and ability to carry panniers. I am currently looking at a 2020 Haibike Sduro Trekking 4.0 or a Cube Town Hybrid pro 500 as options. Can I ask if anyone has any other recommendations?

Hi; looking at your two bikes; they don't seem comparable to me. The Haibike is considerably more aggressive in frame design. For commuting and general transport; I'd go with the Cape Town. If you're looking at rough trails at high speeds, the Haibike wins by a mile.
