Cliensy Max350 Folding Mountain ebike

Hey people I could really use some help here. I just bought this Cliensy Max350 Folding Mounbtain ebike from walmart and after assembling it all together with the battery came late, the electrical part seems not working at all. At 1st it seems weird that why the battery didnt come with it and it arrived late and separated? I had a bike tech came over and check it for me and he gave me an advice to just return it to sender. What should I do guys? I really wanted this bad and I bought all the accesories and had lots of time putting it all together. Not counting the troubleshooting and headaches with having more white hairs in the past month, lol. Need help.anybody.....please email me at lucpaulski@gmail.com, thank you!!!

Did you try charging the battery? Otherwise return the ebike to Walmart for a refund if possible.

Where I come from, they send dangerous goods by road and non-dangerous goods by air.
