Cheap (used) ebike purchase.

Picked me up a Ride1Up 500 yesterday, 13.6 mi. on odometer for $400.

Trying out my new handlebar:

Rode about 1/2 mi. before breakfast.

It's a little heavier than regular handlebar, but the ergo is great; lots of different positions to place your hands.

I put about 15 miles on the new ebike today.
Felt great, slower than other ebikes, more effort on my legs.

Hello! I really like the new bars!! Reminds me of what I call "Beach Bars" I had on my motorcycle.
Where did you get them??
I'm wondering if they would work on an Ariel Rider Kepler... I'd think these bars would help achieve an upright riding position.

I didn't source purchases from Alibaba or AliEx until about 2014/2015.
Nowadays, there are still stuff that can be found easier than Amazon, may not receive it as quickly,
but if you know how to look/search for stuff you need, the price saving can be significant vs eBay or Amazon.

What all do you plan to clamp onto all that extra real estate? The possibilities are endless. Phone holder and air horn to start...

Extra real estate is for different riding positions,
planning for a 31.8mm clamp to move the display unit to the center, over the stem;
so I can rest my elbows on the handlebar and grip the front portion when traffic flow is light.
I try to carry as little on the ride as possible, just less distraction from the ride experience.
I'll find a spot for a bell instead of air horn, I'm somewhat of a minimalist when it comes to accessories.

You could mount a basket on top of those bars & take your cat for a ride...I dig that solid rear rack too.

the bike is cool but the handlebars it is like your 5 year old kid made it UP ! after a half hour my hands would not be able too take it !! if you put your little dog on the top of it it might work out well for you ! it is like you never road before! SO sorry too say this have fun that is all it is about it is your THING do like you want !!

What are you TALKING about? From what I can see, most or all of us DO ride.

Not everyone has the budget for expensive eBikes. retirees on a fixed income, middle class blue collar workers.
