Hello everybody. I'm currently electrifying a Schwinn Meridian Trike with a 72v 3kw mid drive motor to the axle.

I am doing everything myself.

I have a pretty generic display that I've seen is pretty common. Unfortunately the only videos I could find of people thoroughly explaining the wiring are people in India and my Hindi isn't that good. Lol.

I included a Pic of the display (outside of its box so it's easier for people to recognize.)

Now it's got 3 "sections" of wire. The first section is the biggest, it has black which is negative and red which is positive. The other colors are dark blue, light blue, orange, yellow and purple. Through my powers of reasoning and deduction, I was able to figure out that these wires are for the turn signal indicators, headlight indicator, speed input and a few other thing.

Now there's 2 red and 2 black wires I believe 1 set of these wires (either the 2 red or 2 black) connect to the e bike battery the other 2 im not sure. There's still a few things I want this to display, such as the "gear" or power level and when the cruise control is on.

I noticed my controller has 1 wire labeled "multiple data meter." I would like to be able to "meter" as much "data" as possible so can someone tell me if this will work on my display?

Attached are pics of my controller and display.

Thanks
