Posted this to the Aventon forum, but figured this may be broader than just Aventon.
My son just received his Level yesterday afternoon (my wife and I each have Pace 500s). A lot of small “issues” (fenders a bit twisted, missing screw, bent spoke on front wheel — left crank arm was intertwined with spokes when it arrived). These are all correctable. However, when pedaling, we get a loud squeal from the cassette. It also squeals if pedaling “backwards”. When the rear wheel is free wheeling, there is no squeal. Sent a note to Aventon (they won’t answer their phones). Any suggestions? (I have a video, but can't attach to this thread.)
