I've an impel 1, and it's been fine.....up until this week. The motor has got jumpy, where as it will assist to a point but then stutter,or even stay dormant for a few minutes. It's gradually got worse and tonight it has hardly kicked in. When I pedal, the motor sounds like it is attempting to do something, but just isn't providing assistance.
I've seen horror stories about taking these back to shop for repair and people have been left without their bikes for weeks. its the only way I can commute to work, therefore cannot afford being without. Has anybody encountered this and have any possible home remedies that I could attempt?? It's a hyena hub rear motor that I am running off.
