Just purchased a Tesoro Neo x 1. The included rack is by Rack Time but appears to be custom made for Cannondale. Rack Time has two systems, Snap it and Snap it 2.0 for all their luggage accessories. They are not interchangeable. Bought bike at REI but they have no idea as they are not a Rack Time dealer. Has anyone figured this out?

I'm a pretty weak on contemporary cargo racks. I spend a lot more more time with OEM cargo racks from the late 1950s and early 1960s. Showing my age.
