Can I upgrade Schwinn 810 display?

I have a Schwinn Ingersol with the basic 810 display. It has 3 levels of PAS and a separate throttle. Is it possible to upgrade to a display with 5 levels of power assist? Would that involve replacing the controller also? If upgrading the controller and display would there be any compatibility issues with the hub motor? Thanks, I appreciate any input.
