Any idea what causes screen to darken in patches after a few miles. Is it a danger sign. I've a Bafang HD 1000W and 48V battery.comments appreciated

Thank you is this bad or a warning? Of impending problems.
Any recommendations for a better type of controller with more info like battery level distance left . Appreciate you knowledge.
