That tail light wire behind the seat tube is kind of janky. Not sure if it is just a light, or also a brake light. Not sure about turn signals either, but it's worth looking into. Note that the rack & fenders are extra, where they are included on the Level.2. Motor & battery are upgraded together, so the 750 W motor version would give longer range, if you're not to hard on the throttle or using high PAS levels all the time.
I see it has 500 W and 750 W options and has a torque sensor. My Level.2 has a 500 W motor and it pulls pretty well up to ~23 mph. It can't always hit 28 mph, but I can count on 25. 750 W version will be heavier.
