Build a cvt efat?

I'm thinking about building a fat bike and I really like the Evelo running gear. I was pipe-dreaming some components:

1) Enviolo CVT
2) Bafang 1000W BBSHD mid drive
3) Gates belt drive
4) front/rear fenders
5) rear rack with panniers
6) hi/low led up front
7) red flashing rear led


What would be a good sub-$1000 fat bike to use as the base (cheaper is better) for this project? Any recommendations on the specific parts to use would be much appreciated.

The motor will void your warranty on the rear hub, because it will likely break. Rohloff will honor warranty on specific models, but very pricey.
