Hi,
This is my first post,
I am experiencing problems with my ebike and I hope somebody can help me and tell me what is wrong with my ebike.
In sequences, the peddals act like they are not connected to the ebike and they don't pull the bike while I am pedaling! What could be wrong?
I apologize I can't describe the problem better. My english is limited.
I use this ebike for work and I could really use some good advice.
The motor the ebike is using is: Bosch Active Line Plus

Have you selected a pedal assist level. Most e-bike offer no assistance when set to zero pedal assistance.

It's not that. The pedals simply stop pulling and they like disconnect from the motor. I speculate, because it was very rainy and frosty the last couple of weeks(thats nothing new where I live, but anyway). Could the frost do something like that to the motor? Because whenever the ebyke spent the night inside the house, the problem stopped. Maybe just wants to cuddle lol jk.
