That looks like something you want to replace, especially if it is aluminium. Unless you can heat it correctly bending that straight is just asking for a crack and a future failure.

That will need replaced. No other way around it. That fork is scrap now.

I agree with everyone above. What make and model is it? New forks for scooters seem pretty reasonable.

Thirty bucks for a fork!? I have a new Trek carbon road bike fork in the garage… that wasn’t thirty bucks I can tell you.
If it's steel, you might try clamping one end of it in a vise and pulling hard with something on the other end.
However, I'd reach out to the manufacturer to see about buying a replacement part. They won't want to give it to you, but they'd probably be happy to sell you one, if they have one.

Tubing steel or aluminum either one are bad about cracking if bent then straightened. Buy new forks and stay safe!

I agree, plus his bearing race is sitting there. What are the chances of that ever sitting flat again? There will be a whole lot of shimmy going on!

There is a time for repairing and there is a time for replacing, I am afraid you need to do the later !

My take? If you hit hard enough to bend a fork, you hit hard enough to damage the frame too. Find a used model with a bad motor or battery for cheap and put your working electronics on it.
