Also there are some nice butt connectors that already have solder within them. Next search will find which one is most available, I would pick that one. Then send us some pictures so we can advise on difficulty of the install.

I would never use solder to connect battery wires on an e-bike. A good crimp is far better and won't fail in unfortunate ways in an overcurrent.
