Battery is not charging..

I am using a Swifty AT650 bike and I am new to e-bike. By mistake, I placed the key on the charging side instead of the locker side in order to take the battery out; then, some spark came out. After that incident, my battery stopped charging. The fuse looks okay, but not sure what could be the problem. Could anyone please let me know what the issue could be? do i need to buy a new one? The battery model is ES275DTO. (36 V). Thanks

You may have damaged the BMS. You have attempted to try to charge your battery again after you shorted the connector

Probably, whether it is cost-effective depends on the amount of damage.

Your description is a bit unclear, where did the sparks come from, exactly? Pictures might be helpful, also a voltmeter readout on the output.
