Wondering if you ever found any information on this? I have a Pace 500.2. Seems surprising that there isn't an easy to find way to support charging up to 80%. I've been doing this on my laptops for years (for the laptops that support it in their bios). I'm also curious if anybody has ever found 3rd party batteries that will work with the Pace 500.2, and are safe.
Thanks very much for the suggestion. I'm going to look into that one. Seems like what I want and $95 isn't too bad.
