Bandit X Trail Pro

Recieved 2 bikes 7 days ago ,the bikes are awesome , has anyone noticed the lower LED on the headlamp will not go on ,this is like that on both bikes ,looking around for a high low beam switch cannot find one or is there not one.Wondering if someone out there has both LEDs lit up.Cannot get a responce out of Bandit Bikes.

Welcome to the group! Congrats on the new bikes. I'm not sure if the Bandit X-Trail Pro has a high/low beam headlight.

Another thing that could be a cause, is the high/low beam configuration was never programmed in the display. Take a pic of the back of the display, should be a long set of numbers & letters on the back of it. Thanks.

Keep in mind that it might not have a high/low beam headlight. My Freego bike was supposed to have a high/low beam headlight, but it does not.

I know this an old post and you probably already figured it out or moved on to a different bike but, press the up and mode button together after turning the top light on and it should turn the bottom light on, I have a Bandit X-Trail Pro as well and this works for me.

Probably not the right spot to post or ask.. but how do you like your XTrail Pro? I just ordered one as my daily for work. I’m 6’2, 260 I rode larger motorcycles for several years but this is my first E-bike.

I ordered the X-Trail Pro step thru (green) May 15th.... Still waiting.

I received mine yesterday. Seems very high quality. I took my time with assembly, took about 2 hours as I rerouted some of the cables for best fit so they wouldn’t rub. Very well packaged. Make sure to watch the assembly video if you’re not mechanically inclined as there were no assembly instructions. The only thing that might not be common sense if you’ve never assembled a bike is the pedals are labeled L/R . The right pedal has left handed threads.

Since ebike theft is thru the roof at this present time.

You are probably going to have to verify your purchase thru Bandit before you can get a code to unlock the bike.
