Bafang GO62 1000 watt hub motor with CR S107.1000. FC 2.0 controller

I am a ebike enthusiast having issues with HUB motor controller paired with

Bafang GO62 1000 watt hub motor​

2 controller died same day one after another which showing error 4 now its completely dead and no response from bafang
Could any one help me to explain what gone wrong

Could be you hooked a couple wires up wrong (?)
