I picked up this Pace 4 about a week ago and so far I really like it, I'm still learning a lot about it as it's Aventon's new 36 volt system. I previously had a 20" fat tire folder, so this is a bit different kind of ride for me. It has 3 PAS levels Eco, Sport, and Boost and all can be customized in he Aventon app, I bumped up the Eco level as it felt a bit lacking, but now it's just fine. The bike has plenty of power and lets you cover a lot of ground quickly, you'd never know it wasn't a 48 volt system. It has rear brake lights and turn signals and Aventons new saddle which is absolutely working out great for me as I've always had to replace stock saddles every time I get a new bike. The 8 speed gearing is such that I can pedal till 33 mph after that it starts ghost pedaling, very good for my riding. It comes as a class 2 but can be changed to class 3 to 28 mph in the app, the bike can cruise easily at that speed at all PAS levels. I'm not sure what I'm going to use the front basket for, but I like it on the bike.

I plan to purchase one just like yours when I return from my beach vacation next week. According to Aventon the local bike shop has them in stock in both the regular and large size. I also want to add the same rack and Topeak bag you have.

It's a nice setup you have there. The Topeak MTX system gives you lots of options.

The front basket will be useful for something that's a bit too big to fit into the trunk bag, but not too heavy, as it will load down your steering. I recommend keeping a couple of small bungees wrapped and hooked there.

Good call with the bar-end mirror.

One suggestion: Move the bottle to the bottle holder in the front rack or inside the trunk bag, and mount a folding lock holster to the bosses on the downtube. You'll want a good quality folding lock (ex. FoldyLock Forever) to go along with the bike, so that you can stop in places without worrying that your bike will be gone when you get out.

You're going to love how easily that bike rolls, compared to the 20x4" fatty. (I started with one of those too) The tires are wide enough that you can deflate a bit for a more plush ride or inflate them for maximum mileage on a charge.
