My first Giant E-bike (sadly stolen) was linked to a trailer by attachment to a longer spindle on the rear wheel.

My new replacement has a designated threaded hole on the left side for which I have purchased an extension and bolt to use the threaded hole.

However the inevitable up-down movement of the trailer loosens the bolt and I am unable to find a compatible linkage system to pull my trailer.

Does anyone have any experience or suggestions?

Thanks.

Could you tale take a longer bolt and insert it from the backside where the head will be towards the spokes..
That way you can double nut the outside of the longer threaded bolt with 2 nuts to lock'em together.

We've used a 4 number chain lock in high crime St. Louis, for years, for our BikeBob. No interference with turns. Simple. Long lasting.. We can tow it behind both our Biketrix Stunner and Evelo Aurora.
