Looking back, I don't even see a thread on one of the original eMopeds.

Now, on their website, it is marked as SOLD OUT for both colors. Not Back-ordered:

Seems they've simplified to the Grizzly and Kepler now to keep lean.

I shopped this bike before I went with my Juiced HyperScrambler 2, but I liked the streeet tires and dual batteries of the Juiced and the option for full coverage fenders. Now Juiced is kaput and this model seems to be, too.

Key Points on this new X-Class Performance Edition:

• $2800 as of this typing. Close in price to a 49cc ICE scooter with similar (but legal) top speed
• Ships as Class 1/2
• Can be unlocked via free app to 40 mph, but resets every time it's turned off. Lawyers had their way here.
• Has street-appropriate tires now
• Still has useless fenders. I note the sell an extension to make the rear one useful
