Are Ridstar and Bopzin Ridstar related?

Are Ridstar and Bopzin Ridstar related? The Ridstar website says nothing about the 1500 watt 26 inch fat tired bike I bought on Amazon. And the bike says nothing about Bopzin.

I would say they are the same bike from the same company, the photos of the 2000 watt model looks exactly the same on both sites:
