Ordered Heybike which I found was discontinued and they refuse to give me 1250 refund for 1 month now trying to sell me a different model. Can’t get thru on phone but finally did after waiting 2 hours they still keep bull crapping me about the refund and wanted to charge me 5 percent!!!!! Then I waited 2 more weeks and today on phone arguing to get refund for 1 hour!! They said they are gonna send me my money in another 10 days and I insisted on confirmation email which they sent after another argument. I’m 77 this is worst company I ever dealt with. Anybody have same problem. ??

I had a problem when they didn't want to take back the bent frame. I offered to ship only the frame but they kept telling me that I'm confused and the bike is fine.

It's a sketchy company to start with. They, and other Chinese importers that sell tax free, were part of some sort of "Amazon scam" about 8 months ago. A seller listed one of the Heybike ebikes for like $230 to be directly delivered by Amazon, and thousands bought it so that the Heybike brand was supposed to become the #1 seller in a short time. The ebikes were fulfilled by Amazon itself and showed as shipped. But then the "official" Heybike informed the customers that Amazon is a scammer and that the ebike won't be delivered, but if they would get delivered by Amazon they'd void the warranty. They got lots of bad reviews but then the same ebike was listed at the regular price under another listing, I guess to deflect from the bad ratings. Basically they scammed Amazon, and used the potential customers to achieve the #1 seller goal. At least this is what some people figured what was going on behind closed curtains. Some weird s**t to say the least. Otherwise, the usual Chinese company stuff..spotty quality and quality control so you may or may not have luck with their ebikes. If you don't need CS you are good. Caveat emptor!
