Well I started down the path of accessories for my bike on Amazon - seems like I’m getting everything wrong lol - handlebar end bike mirrors too large to fit in handlebars after I cut away the rubber; for some reason, the bottle holder was incompatible lol; bike alarm stem clamp was too small; bottom frame bike bag too small lol - thank god for Amazons return policy as I wasn’t looking to pay 43 bucks for a bottle cage and another 43 for a phone holder at the very least

Yeah you got the bug! lol

Research is your friend here YouTube can be a LOT if help. I've changed my freewheel, handlebar and seat. I've also got a front rack to install along with a small cheap set of 15L panniers and a much better bigger set that I'll move to the rear where the smaller ones are now when I put the front rack on. Customizing things is half the fun!

I do ! Life was much easier spec’ing out my old mountain bike accessories, but the ebike is a totally different animal! I actually saw some YouTube vids which recommended the meachow for my model but for some reason they didn’t work - go figure

Buy some open ended lock on grips and then add whatever mirrors you like. OK, I totally misspoke 31.5 diameter grips? You are driving a monster. Let me look around a second. Wait, I think Google is giving me measurements for the stem. Can you tell me what the diameter of the handlebars are at the grips?

I feel like the Brady kids joke - always working on my bike, but you never see them riding it lol

Annie I’ve posed the question to Velotric but I have yet to get a response - they are not very responsive as I have stated to others - we will wait for results

Kidd could you maybe share on your accessories if you feel like it? It could help me out

Actually, the 31.5 is definitely the stem attachment point. I just checked their website and they advertise their ergonomic grips fitting all their ebikes, so the standard is 22.2 mm, which is on my Velotric cargo bike so, you should be able to buy whatever stock grips you like.

Unless you are building an airplane, cheap digital calipers are as good as expensive ones. The one thing you need to be able to do is change the batteries easily. This pair fits the bill and even has a case. You can also use them to measure any of your bikes bolts and then a conversion chart on Google can tell you, "is it an m5 or an m6"? They are well worth it.
