OK folks this may sound like and odd idea, but I like to fish when traveling. I take my pole, tackle box and a 5 gallon bucket in the off chance I catch something.. I got the rod holder for my XP 3.0 and the rear basket will hold the tackle ox perfectly. I don't have the basket up front, just the lower rack that the basket would attach too. I did that so I could still fold the bike. I am looking for a simple loop holder for the the bucket bottom that I can attach to the front rack. I would then use bunjy cords to keep the bucket in place..

Anyone run across something that might work?

Thanks
Keith

A kitty litter bucket may be more ideal since they are sort of rectangular versus round. If you went that route then used the strong black rubber bungee cords from the top of the bucket down to the rack it may work pretty well. Remember they don't usually stretch as far as the others but they hold much more securely and typically last much longer.

Will something like this could be adapted to your bike somewhere.

Please give up on the idea of using bungee cords for cargo management.
They stretch and release at the worst possible time.
Use at least one none stretching buckle or ratchet strap to keep the load from bouncing around and coming off your bike.

I have NEVER Had one of the heavy black rubber cords come off. Those little light weight cloth covered cords sure. Two entirely different beasts!
