I bought a used Blix Aveny that doesn't appear to have been used much, maybe less than 500 miles. The owner had problems with it and not much technical knowledge. He'd bought another ebike and this one had sat for a time.
I know more, but not much about electronics. With some help, I got through whatever issues he'd been having and got the battery fully charged, once. But I haven't been able to charge it again.
Now, I think I may have damaged the battery by operating with insufficient charge.
After the last ride, a meter at the power terminals read 34V, but after connecting the charger, the reading went to zero, nominally.

I removed the battery cap near the charging port. There was a 5v fuse on a board there, (looked like the original.) The fuse was blown.
I replaced the fuse and turned the battery on. Now, the battery status lights come on and I'm getting 41.5V at the terminals with charger connected.
However, this process seems to time out after about 25 minutes, the battery light goes off and I get the Zero-V reading at the terminals again.
I've done this a few times, but the voltage doesn't come up at all unless the charger is connected with battery on.
I don't know how generic these systems are, but hoped someone might have an idea where to look for a solution. I've looked online for applicable troubleshooting procedures for the battery, but haven't any yet.
Thanks-- Dale

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding. According to the stats I've found, the blix Aveny is a 48 volt system. Is this a different model or the wrong battery?
