Hi all

I am thinking of investing in an electric trike.

I have seen one with 36v battery.

I have an electric bike now.

Which is 36v.

Is there any reason I can't wire the positive and negative of my 36v battery into the trike?

The control unit is part of the battery cage.

I don't want to use any of that, only the battery.

Thanks for your thoughts

We have some smart people here, Djson. One or another should be able to help you.

I'm not sure that I understand your question.

Just be careful. do one wire at a time and dont let them touch anything mate or it could short on ya.

Can you explain a bit more what your needs are please

Take a pic of the Bike (and battery connections) before you put battery on the Trike

Well I'm new to these forums.

One thing I have learnt however is that this forum does not respond?

No answers given.

Perhaps not that smart after all !

I want to use the existing battery that I have .

For the trike that I am thinking of buying.

So as my battery is 36v I'm thinking of getting a trike or kit that also is 36v

This is my battery, Samsung

As long as the battery is good and you are happy with the performance of it, then go for it and use it on your new build.

There seems to be no reason you can't wire it up to power the new kit you'll be buying.

Good Luck!
