Hi,
I have an old E-Bike that runs on 24v. The motor on it is shot so I need to replace it.
I can find replacement hubs that are for 24v, but then I'd have to lace the hub to a rim.
I've found hub motors that are laced to rims already, but only for 36v and 48v.
Is there a good chance a 36v motor will work with a 24v battery and controller? I'm trying to avoid building a wheel.
My other option is to get a new 24v hub motor, and just swap the new motor core and gears into my current hub motor body.
Currently I have a Bafang Swxb front hub motor with no hall sensor.
