I'm dealing with a battery for a mobility scooter. It is a 24 volt lithium battery. The scooter will operate for approximately 5 minutes then die When I go to charge it it will charge completely in about 10 minutes. I've measure the battery voltage at the input XLR inlet on the scooter and it is above 28 volts.
I think the problem is with the BMS. What should I check next, or how do I repair this?
