Sold 20" Swytch wheel with hub motor and stripped axle threads free to a good home

I put a Swytch kit on a Tern Link D8, followed the directions with the parts they sent, and found out that the axle threads cannot take 40nm on a 5mm deep axle bolt. Swytch replaced the wheel and sent me one (?) proper axle bolt and do not want the stripped one back, so if anyone here can use it I'll send it for whatever shipping costs. I hate to just leave it at the curb for the metal recyclers, but if it comes to that it's better than the landfill.

Thanks got the wheel today and my youngest daughter called me a nerd. LMAO She couldn't understand me buying a broken hub motor and wheel. I told her for the price of shipping it's worth it to me just to take apart and learn how they work. Now I've just got to figure out how to get the core separated from the rest. I'm interested in seeing how the gears work I have an out of the box idea for a new design for more speed from a geared hub motor I want to see if it's feasible.

I was half thinking you would rethread the axle on this and hook it up to a wheelbarrow or something and have a self-propelled cart for around the farm. You've got to be able to outrun all those baby cows.:giggle:
