Does anyone know how to replace the brake pads on a VIVI 27.5 ebike?

Vivi 26" folding bike. Cpl years old, but hardly any miles. I just bought. Tires like new. Older bike though. 36v. Front forks compress ok, then rebound rapidly and clunk. Any fix?? Thank you!!
