I took a spill the other day macwheel was able to get me home the next morning it showed error 24 with a blinking battery icon. the throttle isn't working but feels okay. I've checked the wiring all seems to be fine. maybe the back hub?

Lost my Macwheel LNE-26 manual, cannot find it anywhere online.
