My 2 new Jetson batteries won't accept a charge - existing battery charges fine with same charger. I suspect both are really flat and the BMS won't allow a charge. Batteries have 5 terminals, +, -, and 1,2,3. Can the BMS be awakened with a voltage applied to the battery?

The bell says it’s compatible with tires within the range of 1.75 - 2.25. The Jetson Haze tire is 16 x 2.175, so I’m thinking it would be compatible, but I’m not sure, so any advice or assistance would be very much appreciated.

I’m trying to get more speed out of a Jetson Haze, not sure how to go about this, looking for help.

Full bars on the battery gauge, initial power for about 2 seconds then no power. Any ideas? Initially I thought it was poor male/female contact connexions and an electrical spray initially helped, but no more. Would be prepared to buy a new battery but continually out of stock.
