Tongsheng make mid-drive motors that fit into your bikes bottom bracket. They are powered from a battery and drives the rear wheel via the bicycle chain. The motor has a torque sensor that measures the force you are putting through the pedals and provides motor assistance in relation to how much force you apply. Tongsheng motors offers different levels of pedal assist so you can select the best level of assistance to suit your needs and terrain. Because the torque sensor is so sensitive to rider input, you always feel like you’re getting the right amount of help.
