The company was founded in 2008 by two friends, Terry Sherry and Don DiCostanzo, in Southern California with the goal of improving electric bikes. They have over 200 locally-owned stores and offer a 5-year warranty on their ebikes, which includes anti-theft protection and a lifetime frame warranty.
